VoiceTick is an AI-powered voice-to-ticket SaaS platform that enables users to record voice notes (up to 30 seconds), automatically transcribe them using Deepgram, structure the data with Google Gemini AI, and submit tickets to third-party platforms including ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
The Service includes, but is not limited to: voice recording and transcription, AI-powered task structuring, third-party platform integrations, custom templates, voice note reprocessing, and activity audit logs.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
VoiceTick offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($9/month), and Business ($25/month). Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy and are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Paid subscribers may also purchase top-up minute packs, which never expire and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VoiceTick and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the voice recordings, transcriptions, and ticket data you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant VoiceTick a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
VoiceTick integrates with third-party platforms via OAuth 2.0. We do not store your credentials for third-party platforms. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those platforms.
VoiceTick is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of such services.
VoiceTick uses AI technologies (Deepgram for transcription and Google Gemini for structuring) to process your voice notes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submission to any third-party platform. VoiceTick is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
VoiceTick's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VoiceTick during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
